It’s the only way we know to ensure our restaurants and our cooking school can access the finest natural ingredients. Because in Asian cooking, everything must be fresh.
The market garden also allows us to flavour our menus with seasonal vegetables – an important approach to cooking naturally.
Luckily for us, the verdant soils of North West Christchurch provide us with excellent growing conditions.
