Celebrate Christmas with an Asian twist! Join us for an exclusive, once-a-year cooking class featuring bold Asian flavours, festive fun, and delicious dishes inspired mostly by Thailand, with one Japanese fusion dish.

Larb Salmon Cups -Zesty Thai-style salmon salad served in fresh vegetable cups or crispy prawn crackers.
Karate Chicken with Gochujang Mayo – Golden, crispy Japanese fried chicken with creamy Korean chilli mayo.
Mains:
Khao Soi Chicken – Northern Thai coconut curry noodle soup with tender chicken and aromatic spices.
Som Tum with Thai Grilled Chicken – Refreshing green papaya salad paired with juicy, flavourful Thai grilled chicken.
