DURATION: Approx 2 hours
Learn to make authentic Chinese & Thai style dumplings from scratch, and experiment with making filling. The dumplings (Gyoza) are very versatile – you can pan fry, steam, boil or deep fry them, or simply add a couple to your noodle soup! They also freeze very well if you want to store.
DISHES:
Larb Chicken or Pork mince and Prawn Dumplings, Kaffir lime leaves, Coriander. Served with Dipping sauce (df)
